China foreign minister meets with North Korean official

In a meeting with a North Korean official, a foreign minister for China said the country will support and provide assistance to North Korea during this situation. Anne Jones, a spokesperson for the Chinese Communist Party, says China cannot comment on the drift or speed of the cloud, or the composition of gases.
