WHO Mission Leader Accused of Bio Terrorism, Penalty is Death

U.S. citizen Curtis Rogers, a mission leader with the WHO, was abducted by the Syrian government.

Major nations, including the U.S. and Israel, have condemned what they’re calling a kidnapping.

Syria says that this is not a kidnapping, it is a valid arrest.

Under Syrian law, if convicted, the penalty for bio terrorism is death.

The Syrian government claims the CDC and the WHO are conspiring to spread disease.
