Syria successfully defeated ISIS and Free Syrian armies in the cities of Homs and Raqqa, according to the Syrian government.
“We did not experience any casualties on our side,” said a representative of the Syrian government, who also said ISIS and Free Syrian armies suffered “Massive casualties. We’re still trying to determine a final number.”
The government said that they are “quickly gaining control of cities” and will continue to “attack terrorists where they live and work.”
The Syrian government said they planned to use “whatever is at our disposal,” to combat terrorist forces, but said that “does not include biological weapons.”
