Israel, with already-closed border, increased quarantine, sees cases in Tel Aviv

With recent reports of flu-like symptoms and a few confirmed flu cases in Tel Aviv, Israel institutes free flu shots in schools and triples the number of clinic locations offering free influenza vaccinations (known to be effective against the confirmed strain) and anti-viral treatments.  Israel strongly encourages its citizens to wash their hands frequently, and stay home if symptoms are displayed.

As Purim, Passover, Lent and the Easter season approach, Israel stands to see an influx of visitors from across the world as Jews, Catholics and evangelical Christians flock to the Holy City of Jerusalem.
