Red Cross Comments on Current Aid in Korea

The Red Cross reports that reports from the DPRK there have been 19 deaths and over 40 with sever radiation poisoning. Most were first responders at the Yongbyon nuclear facility. Radon and xenon have been reported to be 200 times the safe amounts.

There have been no reports of direct casualties in South Korea and Japan.

Russian has been shipping food over land and sea to North Korea. Roads to and from China have been opened for aid.
