International Crisis Simulation starts at noon

LEXINGTON, Ky. — At noon today, this blog will become part of a 24-hour global crisis simulation exercise for the Patterson School of Diplomacy at the University of Kentucky.

Student diplomats from the graduate program in the Patterson School and student journalists in the undergraduate program at the School of Journalism and Telecommunications will be using this site as one of two 24-hour digital news networks covering international events simulating a major international diplomatic and military crisis.

Student journalist will work with Profs. Kakie Urch and Scoobie Ryan in Room 10 of the Grehan Building, with frequent forays to the “State Department” and other agencies, which will be in the Patterson Office Tower at the center of the campus.
